2008 New England Spring Flower ShowMarch 17th, 2008 This past week we have been busy showing off our greenhouses and greenhouse related products at the New England Flower Show in Boston. This is our 32nd year at the NE Flower Show. We are pleased many of our existing customers dropped in to say 'hello'. We are always interested in hearing how their greenhouses are being used. We are equally happy to meet new greenhouse enthusiasts interested in starting their own indoor garden oasis.
This year we had three greenhouses in our booth and one in the show. The photos below show the evenspan greenhouse in the exhibit area. It was a beautiful setting with many admirers walking through the display. It was close to the front entrance creating a nice first impression.
In the booth we had three free-standing greenhouses. The photos below show the green Hideaway Greenhouse. The Hideaway is an inexpensive and attractive hobby greenhouse with 8mm polycarbonate and two roof vents. The Hideaway is always a favorite at the shows because of the low price, the simple construction, and great looks.
The second structure is a heavy-duty straight eave greenhouse with thermostatically controlled roof vents, insulated glass, and a very elegant design. Many of the people we meet, mention how much they like the finials and ridge cresting on top of the greenhouse ridge.
The middle greenhouse is also a free-standing structure glazed with tempered glass. The awning windows on the sides, the roof vents and the greenhouse fan creates excellent circulation - a necessary environment in many greenhouses.
We were showing off some of our greenhouse accessories, including Larry's Greenhouse Benches, a powerful corrosion resistant greenhouse fan, greenhouse bench tops, seedling heating mats, greenhouse humdifiers, and many others.
This year's show was extremely successful and we are already looking forward to next year. If you missed us at the show, feel free to contact us with any questions. We'd love to hear from you.
